I have the terrible combination of being incredibly indecisive and (once I’ve made the decision) quick to get fomo.
Last week, I wanted to make a sweet, non- bun, bake for the bakery. I couldn’t decide between brownie or banana bread…and so I made a little hybrid. A banana bread spiced brownie, with a cinnamon-spiced cheesecake swirl and a deep chocolate base, it’s the best of both worlds. Perfect for when you want banana bread but need a brownie.
