I love baked goods - I mean that’s pretty obvious I am a baker. The problem is, after a few cookies or a piece of cake I can often feel incredibly anxious (I have the same problem with coffee). So just like switching to decaf this is my way to eat as many cookies as I like without the anxiety spike.
With the combination of oats, tahini and dates, these cookies have a gradual release of glucose which means I’m not questioning every life choice by my fourth bite. They also contain chocolate which automatically makes me happy.
